Back to late sittings

hello there.
just came back from office ( 9.30) . actually i left at 7.30..
but it takes freakin 2 hrs to reach my place..
someone suggested me that i shud shift to pune(frm there also it wud take the same time;) )
if it wud not have been the cost of daily journey, i wud have definately shifted my base to pune.

had nothing to do in office, still was sitting till 7.40.. seems like i am gettin back to the late sittin i did when i was in patni.

although it's good that it takes me 2 hrs , otherwise i wud be sitting in office till 11 or so.
they do have free snacks after 7. but the canteen closes at 8, so dinner wud be a big problem.

wat to blog today

well....
the day started of as usual..
9.30-10.30 mail checking. ( still a backlog of 30+)
10.30-1.30 coding/brain torture.
2.30-7.30 coding + prog spec prep.

stayed back till 7.30 for the 5th time today.
can't stay back any longer, or else i'll reach home after 10.

now doing some timepass on the net.

am i going fat??

i went out shopping for a pair of dark blue jeans.
went to Levi's first, tried waist size 30.
they had all the colours except blue...
i had 2 options then :
1. either to slim down n buy 28'' waist jeans
2. grow fat and buy 32'' waist..

well frankly the 2nd option is much easy n involves no work at all ;)

but then i went to pepe. n bought my self a pair of Coudroy trousers-30'' :)
they fit perfectly and r really comfortable.
now i am wearing them everywhere..

will be buying a pair of jeans' when i reduce a bit..
i have started exercising a little bit, n have started playin squash when even i get time.
but my stamina is totally gone..

Mastek rocks

hi finally i am back.

had a great weekend. we had a small picnic/ get together for all mastekeer's from all over india.
the pune ppl got to stay at Hyatt(2 days) fully paid by Mastek.n ppl from mumbai we supposed to go back home :(

anyways, we had a total blast for 2 days, n today was a holiday :)

first day : was usual stuff like award ceremony, n some skits/dance etc. then euphoria started playin, ppl were gettin in the mood, then the police made them stop after 1 1/2 hrs ( wat a bore)..
it seems police are efficient in only stopping shows n nothin else .

the 2nd day events were held at a beach resort. there were many games n events .u know mastek has "house funda" , like we did when we were in school. yellow/red/green/blue...and the comptt were against other houses.. total masti..my house came last :((., even though we were 2nd in 3or 4 events. I took part in all the events. ( that's not the reason, why my house came last). actually, there was zilch participation from other ppl in my house. only a handful of us participated in every event .

The theme was a village one. with hukka(not the flavoured one), potter's wheel, etc..
i made a pot( my first attempt) and created a deep bowl.

then in my second attempt. i created another amazing piece of art .( seriously). will put the picture in my next blog.

i smoked hukka a couple of times.. it was much much better that the flavoured hukka.


then in the evening, there were some more awards n the CEO/ Unit heads stole the show.. they had prepared a skit and a event.imagine.. CEO dancing in rajasthani costume in front of all the employees n their family.. man it was awesome...

I was thinking of Patni's annual day.. that bastard. NKP didn't even turn up at patni's annual day in pune.
in the end there was the dj party.but i was dead tired.,so i danced for about 30 mins, n then boarded the bus back home.
but seriously, this company rocks... :)
