Yoga
Today i did a bit of meditation :D.
Actaully i got up and thought wat to do.. so i opened up some Yoga website and read about meditation techniques...
Well it says do it for 10-20 mins...but when i started.. i couldn't focus my mind...its very difficult to do meditation for 10-20 mins..
i gave up in just 5-7 mins :D
but sometime i cud concentrate on my breath and it felt like going up and down frm my belly to the throat...
anyone readin this.. shud try doing meditation ....
